Customers don’t wait. They message the next business.

An empty chair in a closed studio in the evening

Evening

She is choosing where to book at 22:30, after work. She messages three places and books wherever someone answers.

A receptionist on the phone at the front desk

Peak hour

The front desk is taking a payment, picking up the phone and seeing a client out. The WhatsApp message sits for forty minutes.

A stylist sitting in their chair, looking at a phone

The day before

The client forgot the appointment and nobody reminded them. The specialist sits idle for an hour and the business loses the price of the service.

Books, reminds, reschedules. On its own.

Replies in a minute

Takes free dates and times from your booking system’s schedule, and price and duration from your service catalogue. It never makes things up: with no data, it says it will check.

Books into the calendar

The booking shows up in your booking system right away, as if made in the admin. So do reschedules and cancellations — nobody has to call.

Reminds and asks

The day before, it asks “Are you coming?”. A “yes” marks the visit confirmed in Altegio; in the AI front desk mode a “no” frees the slot at once.

Wins back lapsed clients

A client who hasn’t visited in two months gets a message offering to book. You set the timing and the terms.

Hands over to a person

A complaint, an unusual question, a request for a person — the assistant goes quiet and flags the chat. You reply yourself.

Follows up on silence

If the customer goes quiet mid-booking, it writes again — up to two gentle nudges, then stops.

Asks for a review

After the visit it asks for a rating. Happy customers leave a public review more often; a complaint reaches you first.

Several assistants, one number

A front desk, a sales helper, a receptionist for a second location — each with its own name and rules, all on the same number.

Writes back when it promised

“Message me tomorrow at ten” — it will, in your working hours. If the customer writes first, the task is dropped. You switch it on per assistant.

What the customer sees — and what you see

The customer’s chat is on the left, your schedule on the right. Four everyday cases: a booking, a reschedule, a confirmation the day before and a cancellation.

Connected today, answering tomorrow

Half an hour of your time, one day to check. From the next day it answers everyone.

In your booking system

Press “Connect”, or link it through the API. Services, staff and the schedule sync on their own.

QR code in WhatsApp or Telegram

The number stays yours, and so does the chat history.

Set up the assistant

Name, gender, tone, instructions: what it does on its own and what it checks with you.

Sandbox and test contacts

First chat with it yourself on the Sandbox page — nothing is sent to anyone. Then let a few test numbers in.

Four launch modes

Off, test contacts, your own clients only, everyone. Move up one step when you are ready; stepping back is one switch.

It does only what you allow

Your approval

Every action — booking, rescheduling, cancelling — has its own mode: do it right away or show it to you first. Until you decide, the customer gets “let me check and get back to you”.

Fact check

Price, duration and time in a reply are checked against your booking system before it is sent. No match — the reply doesn’t go out and the chat passes to you.

Other people’s data

It sees only the bookings of the person writing. It never names or changes other customers’ bookings, even if asked.

Log

Every reply: what the customer asked, what was checked, what was answered. You can reread it and adjust the rules.

The client decides what they get

Writes “stop” — unsubscribed at once. Asks in their own words — “enough offers”, “remind me about visits” — and gets a link to choose for themselves: offers, reminders or just the chat.

Consent you can prove

Every consent and every opt-out is kept with the date, the source and the exact wording the person agreed to. A complaint or an inspection — download the proof from the client’s card.

Messaging without consent is the most expensive text you can send

The law asks the sender. Soqqet keeps the record, so you have something to show.

up to €20M

EU · GDPR

GDPR Art. 7 and 83 · ePrivacy

Up to €20 million or 4% of global turnover, whichever is higher. You must be able to prove every consent.

With Soqqet: every consent is kept with the date, the source and the exact wording; the proof downloads from the client’s card, and a client’s data is erased on request.

$500–$1,500

US · TCPA

Telephone Consumer Protection Act · FCC rules

Per message, and clients can sue — class actions run into millions. Since April 2025 “stop”, “cancel”, “end” and plain-language requests must be honoured.

With Soqqet: for US numbers and US-registered businesses these words and plain requests unsubscribe automatically.

1 complaint

Number bans

WhatsApp Business policy

WhatsApp bans numbers that recipients report. The number your clients know can disappear in a day.

With Soqqet: “stop” unsubscribes at once, and the assistant offers annoyed clients a way to choose what they get.

Figures as of October 2026. Not legal advice: Soqqet provides the tools; responsibility for messaging stays with the sender.

How we comply →

One inbox for the whole team

Every messenger in one place. The assistant answers, your people see everything and step in with one tap.

Who needs a person

Chats the assistant handed over are marked and filtered out in one click. Nothing waits unnoticed.

Tags and filters

Tag a dialog — VIP, complaint, callback — filter by tag, unread or needs-a-person, and let automations react to a tag.

Drafts and photos

A half-written reply waits in its dialog, even after a reload. Photos go both ways.

Email comes in too Soon

A message to your inbox address lands in the same list and gets the same answer.

Something new every couple of days. We don’t promise, we ship.

Reminders went live first; since then a new capability has shipped every day or two. These are the latest ten.

Oct 27

Online booking page

Clients can book on their own through a page of yours or a form embedded on your site, and the visit appears in your calendar. You can ask for a deposit to confirm a booking and charge a fee for no-shows and late cancellations.

Oct 26

Bookings without a CRM

A team without a CRM can now keep staff, services and hours in Soqqet, and the bot books clients right into your calendar. Reminders and confirmations go out as usual, and you can move or cancel a visit and mark attendance from the calendar.

Oct 25

Calendar and waitlist

A new calendar shows your day or week and how busy each day is. When no time suits a client, the bot adds them to a waitlist and offers them a slot as soon as one frees up.

Oct 24

One dialog per person

A client who writes from several channels now appears as one dialog with a card of everything known about them. You pick the channel for your reply, and the bot remembers the whole conversation.

Oct 22

The bot hears "unsubscribe"

When a client asks in their own words to stop or change what they receive, the bot sends a link to their settings. You no longer have to handle these requests by hand.

Oct 21

Subscriptions and consent

Clients choose which messages they want on their own settings page, and every consent is kept on record. Opt-outs are respected in every send.

Oct 20

Private notes in a dialog

Leave a note in a dialog that the client never sees, and mention a teammate or the bot in it. Mention the bot to hand the dialog back with your guidance.

Oct 19

A sandbox of your own

Every test conversation lives on its own Sandbox page. The chat shows real customers only.

Oct 19

Telegram by QR

Connect Telegram by scanning a QR code with the business phone — no bot, no codes.

Oct 19

Tags on dialogs

Mark a dialog, filter the list by tag, unread or needs-a-person, and let an automation react to the tag.

Three modes — pick yours

Messaging — you pay for messages: the texts are written by Altegio, Soqqet delivers them. Automations and AI front desk — you pay per staff member. A staff member is anyone with at least one booking in the last 30 days; someone on leave doesn’t count.

Messaging: more messages than your plan includes

We deliver everything until the end of the month. Three days before renewal we offer the next plan — confirm it with one button. If you don’t, the current plan stays, the extra messages wait, Altegio shows “not delivered”, and we remind you once a day.

Automations and AI: more staff than your plan covers

For 7 days we remind you about the top-up. After that we work only for the staff your plan includes.

Yearly billing

You pay for 10 months and use 12. Done-for-you setup is included. A monthly plan can be cancelled at any time; a yearly one runs to the end of its term.

Customer data is covered by a DPA and our Privacy Policy on every plan.
7-day free trial.

What owners ask

Will customers know it’s an AI?

It introduces itself under the name you give it and doesn’t pretend to be a person if asked. If the customer asks, it hands the chat to a staff member.

What if it gets a booking wrong?

Turn on approval: it shows you the booking before it goes into the calendar. Once you trust it, switch to “right away”.

Do I need a separate number?

No. It works from your business number, and your team keeps writing from it as usual.

Where is customer data stored?

On EU servers, with vetted sub-processors under a DPA and our Privacy Policy. Opt-out works on any channel with one word; data subject requests go to [email protected].

What if I stop paying?

It switches off; your chats and the bookings in your booking system stay yours. A monthly plan can be cancelled any time, a yearly one runs to the end of the paid term.

What if a client doesn’t want messages?

“Stop” unsubscribes at once, “start” brings it back. If the client asks in their own words or is clearly annoyed, the assistant apologises and sends a link where they choose what to keep. Every choice is logged with the exact wording, so you can prove consent.

How long does setup take?

Half an hour of your time, one day to check with test numbers. From the next day it answers everyone.

Connect today — tomorrow it answers your first customer

Start on test numbers and watch it work before it talks to a customer. We’ll help with setup in the first days.
